Reaper Buena does not offer refunds or exchange for change of mind, so choose wisely. Unless your item arrives damaged, there is no option for a refund, exchange or store credit.

ISSUES / DAMAGES

In the unlikely event that your item arrived faulty or damaged during shipping, please contact me as soon as possible with the photographs of the damaged item and the packaging so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
